  • Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 24–48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged bodysuits are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • All payments on Kiya Essentials are 100% secure and encrypted. We offer trusted and safe payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is always protected.

  • All prepaid orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
